Privacy Policy

This policy describes how MicroMetrics collects, uses, and shares information through getmicrometrics.com, the MicroMetrics waitlist, product-update emails, and related services. MicroMetrics is currently in a pre-launch stage. We will update this policy as our business entity, checkout, and customer-service operations are finalized.
1. Information we collect
When you join the MicroMetrics pre-release list, we may collect your first name, email address, estimated purchase quantity, ticker or symbol interests, notes you choose to provide, and whether you asked to receive product and launch emails.
Our hosting and security providers may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, request information, timestamps, and security logs when you access the site.
2. How we use information
- Operate and maintain the MicroMetrics website and waitlist.
- Estimate demand and plan product availability.
- Respond to questions and support requests.
- Send product, launch, availability, firmware, and other MicroMetrics updates when you have opted in.
- Protect the site, investigate abuse, and maintain security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Email updates
If you select the email-update option, we may add your email address and first name to our email service provider so we can send MicroMetrics updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent us from sending a message that is strictly necessary to complete or support a transaction you have requested.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate MicroMetrics. These may include Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and database services; Resend for email contact management and marketing email delivery; and Stripe for checkout and payment processing when real purchasing is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and only for the services we use them to provide.
The current Stripe checkout shown during pre-release is a sandbox/test environment and is not a live MicroMetrics purchase flow.
5. Selling personal information
MicroMetrics does not sell or rent your waitlist information or email address to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Retention
We retain waitlist information for as long as reasonably needed for product planning, launch communications, support, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Marketing contact information may be retained to maintain unsubscribe and suppression records so that we can respect your preferences.
7. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
8. Children
MicroMetrics is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the waitlist.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small pre-launch online service. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MicroMetrics launches new features, forms its operating entity, or begins live sales. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
