Website & Pre-Release Terms

1. Pre-release information

Product images, specifications, firmware features, market-data behavior, pricing, availability, packaging, and launch timing may change before commercial release. Pre-release materials are provided for informational and evaluation purposes.

2. Waitlist is not an order

Joining the pre-release list does not create a purchase contract, reservation, guaranteed allocation, guaranteed price, or obligation to buy. MicroMetrics may use waitlist responses to estimate demand and communicate product updates.

3. Sandbox checkout

Any checkout labeled sandbox, test, preview, or similar is for demonstration only. It does not constitute a live MicroMetrics order and should not be treated as a real purchase. Live payment processing will be enabled only when MicroMetrics is ready to accept real orders.

4. Market information and financial disclaimer

MicroMetrics is a desk display for informational market awareness. Market information may come from public or third-party data feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. MicroMetrics is not a broker, exchange, trading platform, or investment adviser, and nothing displayed by the product or website is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Time-sensitive trading decisions should be verified through your broker or primary market-data source.

5. Firmware updater

The official browser updater is intended for supported MicroMetrics devices. Follow the on-screen instructions, use a compatible desktop browser and USB data cable, and do not disconnect or power off the device while an update is being written. Firmware availability and update procedures may change over time.

6. Arrival support

When live sales begin, if a unit arrives damaged in shipping or will not power on, contact MicroMetrics within five (5) days of delivery so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

7. Returns and warranty before live sales

The five-day arrival-support provision above is not the complete return or warranty policy. Before real orders open, MicroMetrics will publish the final return window, eligibility conditions, limited-warranty coverage, exclusions, remedies, shipping responsibilities, and any other purchase terms that apply to customer orders. The terms posted at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and email providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. MicroMetrics is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

The MicroMetrics name, branding, website content, device designs, firmware, graphics, and other materials are owned by MicroMetrics or used with permission, except where otherwise stated. Nothing on the site grants permission to copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute proprietary materials except as allowed by applicable law or an express written license.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or updater, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, use automated methods to abuse forms or services, or use MicroMetrics materials in a misleading or unlawful manner.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the pre-release website, demonstrations, waitlist, and related informational services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every pre-release feature will appear in the final product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MicroMetrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pre-release website, demonstrations, public market-data feeds, or waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the product and business develop. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
